Erica Lisbon is the founder of RE Horizon Community Development, established in 2021 to address financial literacy, housing, and wealth-building challenges affecting youth and young families. Through years of learning from the needs within her community, Erica recognized the importance of connecting individuals with practical financial education, housing resources, homeownership guidance, and investment knowledge.

Drawing from her experience in real estate, entrepreneurship, and community development, Erica is focused on creating accessible educational opportunities and connecting families with resources that can help them make informed financial and housing decisions.
